The rules governing access to and use of J.A.N.E. OS.
Effective 2026-09-12Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using J.A.N.E. OS, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. If you use J.A.N.E. for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
The service
J.A.N.E. OS provides cultivation decision support, plant-health analysis, operational workflows, simulations, digital-twin capabilities, reporting, and governed integrations. Features depend on account tier, configuration, jurisdiction, equipment compatibility, commissioning status, and available evidence.
No professional guarantee
J.A.N.E. provides decision support and does not replace qualified cultivation, engineering, legal, regulatory, financial, safety, or medical professionals. Predictions, diagnoses, simulations, projected yields, quality estimates, savings, and recommendations are not guarantees.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for lawful cultivation and operations, licenses and regulatory obligations, data accuracy, account security, qualified review of outputs, safe equipment operation, backups or exports appropriate to your needs, and obtaining permission to upload or process information.
Connected equipment and physical control
Monitoring does not imply control authority. Physical commands are available only for compatible, commissioned systems through explicit authorization and safety controls. Users must maintain independent safeties, emergency controls, manufacturer protections, inspections, and trained human oversight. J.A.N.E. must not be used to bypass interlocks or operate equipment unlawfully.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, probe or bypass security, access another tenant, falsify compliance evidence, reverse engineer protected systems except where law permits, overload the service, or represent simulated or AI-generated information as verified evidence.
Customer content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display that content to provide, secure, support, and improve the service according to the Privacy Policy and your configuration.
Accounts, plans, and purchases
Free allowances and paid features may change prospectively. Paid purchases, when enabled, are processed through the presented checkout terms. Taxes, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and usage limits are governed by the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features; impose reasonable usage or safety limits; or block activity that threatens users, equipment, data integrity, or the service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. Advanced Autonomous Architectures, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Any enforceable aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the event, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Termination and governing terms
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful activity, security risk, or nonpayment. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive. Governing law and dispute terms may be supplemented by an executed enterprise agreement.
