While signed in, open Settings and select Request Account Deletion. You may also email the request from the address associated with your account.

Identity and retention review
We verify account ownership before deletion. Eligible personal data is deleted after review; security, billing, regulatory, compliance, and immutable audit records may be retained when legally or operationally required.
Never send your password or one-time verification code. Support will confirm receipt and explain the records deleted, de-identified, or retained. Questions: privacy@jane-os.com.
